Fentimans, the premium mixer brand has this week launched a pop-up gin bakery in partnership with the artisan cake-makers Pearl & Groove and opened by Sophie Faldo, the brilliant 2017 Great British Bake-Off winner.
The doors of the UK’s first ever gin Bakery opened on Friday 21st September and is running to today the 23rd on Notting Hill’s Portobello Road for one weekend only! Customers have been able to get their hands on gin and Fentimans tonic themed cakes.
These limited-edition cakes are available for £4.25 each or £23 for a box of 6 and when you’re picking out your cakes you can also choose a gin and tonic made from the same gin and mixer to complement your cake!
Fentimans Marketing Manager, Sarah Brownrigg commented: “The Fentimans Gin Bakery is a really exciting partnership for us. Our consumers love of baking has inspired us to find a way to bring together two of the nation’s favourite things – gin and baking, and what better time to launch the pop-up than during a month that sees Great British Bake-off return to our screens. We’re really excited to be working alongside 2017 GBBO winner Sophie Faldo and Pearl and Groove artisan cake makers and can’t wait to showcase our range of flavoured tonics in the G&T cakes!”
