Review: Organic Shop Haircare Range

Since starting my recent health kick I have been getting more into eco-friendly and organic products so I was excited when I was given the chance to review some organic hair care products from  Organic Shop. I was sent a set of three products to try out; a shampoo, a conditioner and a hair mask from a range of my choice, I went for Argan & Amla.

Organic Shop is dedicated to combining natural beauty recipes with a modern twist to create products bursting with natural ingredients (fruits, herbs, flowers and spices) which are readily available to everyone through their affordable pricing to create an indulgent and effective range of beauty treats.

All of the Organic Shop products contain at least 98% naturally sourced ingredients with the lead active ingredients always being Organic and they never test their products on animals, they even insist that their suppliers don’t either!

The Organic Argan & Amla shampoo and conditioner promote vitality for otherwise damaged or coloured hair (like mine!), they are made with Organic Moroccan Argan Oil which is rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids and vitamin E which combine to restore dull, lifeless hair leaving it feeling soft, nourished and shiny.

If you’re not used to using a paraben-free shampoo then you will be surprised because they don’t lather up like an ordinary shampoo but they still leave your hair squeaky clean. I have to admit I forgot this when I first used it but quickly remembered! Both the shampoo and conditioner have a satisfying viscosity and have a subtle but pleasant fragrance.

I love a good hair mask to help boost hydration and the condition of my somewhat abused hair. The Organic Argan & Amla hair mask has been designed to be an ultra-rich and indulgent treatment which is perfect for me! The mask targets damaged hair restoring and repairing it back to health with antioxidants, essential fatty acids and vitamin E. It certainly left my hair feeling better nourished.

I have enjoyed testing out the Organic Shop Haircare Range and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to get into more natural hair care products. I award the Argan & Amla products 5 out of 5.
